Jindal Blades began grinding band knives and bakery blades in Hyderabad two decades ago. Today we make food-grade reciprocating and band slicer blades that fit every major machine — from Sinmag and JAC to Berkel and Oliver — plus industrial band knives for foam, EVA, cork, leather and tissue paper.

Along the way we noticed bakers kept asking for the same things: blades that don't rust into the bread, knives that stay sharp, and a better way to split a sponge. So we built them — from the Teak Bow Knife to India's Cake Slicer — and we ship them across India and worldwide.
